Welcome to the Land Rover Adventure tours Blog
From here we intend to post product reviews, trip reports, links to video footage and anything we feel may be of interest to the four wheel drive and touring community. The last thing we want to do is create a monologue with a specific focus on just what we offer or do. We want to create an informative and helpful page encompassing all aspects of four wheel driving, touring, accessories, vehicle choices of which there are many. We also want to discuss the impacts and reasons for track and land closures as these issues affect all of us and are seldom one sided. We encourage active participation and want your comments, thoughts and constructive input so please feel free to contribute. Now get out there and let everyone know what a fantastic country this is and how lucky we are to be able to experience everything it has to offer. Live for adventure!

In this section of the blog we will be reviewing the products that we use in the course of our touring camping and extreme 4WDing.
We aim to cover all aspects of what we use day to day from mechanical and electrical upgrades to the vehicles, right through to camping equipment such as tents, sleeping bags, trailers etc.
At the end of the day there is a multitude of gear available to 4WD Tourers and it all comes with alot of hype and myth surrounding it. We aim to cut through the sales pitch and the hearsay to review products based on real world experience gained over time.
As always we are happy to hear you input and certain welcome any comments or questions. If our experiences can be of assistance to you making your purchase decision then we are only too happy to help.
In this section of the Land Rover Adventure Tours blog we will be posting reports of our trips. This will include our tours as well as weekend and day trips just for the fun of it.
We hope you enjoy the footage of our trips and some of the unscripted commentary (please don’t take it too seriously) and that it helps motivate you to get out and experience the great destinations that this country offers.
